For those who want to obtain a higher qualification, the NT2 level 2 is the right choice. For those who already have a good command of Dutch and who only want to take the NT2 level 2 exam, there is the NT2 level 2 shortened course for advanced students. Your qualificationThe course concludes with a state exam, which will give you the recognised NT2 level 1 or 2 state exam diploma. Your Home Learning PackThe lessons are presented in loose-sheet course material. All the subjects covered in the lessons are included in the course material. This means you will not have to buy any textbooks. You will also receive handy folders to neatly store the course material. The course also includes extensive course guides: two for NT2 level 1, three for NT2 level 2, and one for NT2 level 2 shortened course for advanced students. You will also receive a handy vocabulary and grammar book, which is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, and Indonesian. The course material also includes sample CITO exams. Furthermore, you can perfect your pronunciation with the free CD-ROMs and/or CDs! Course contentsThis course offers a choice of three variants. NT2 level 1, NT2 level 2, and NT2 level 2 shortened course for advanced students. Each lesson covers a relevant theme from daily life, such as doing the shopping, going to the doctor, booking a holiday, and looking for a job. The lessons include practical assignments and pronunciation exercises. There are regular tests for pronunciation. The course is concluded with a sample CITO exam. The areas of reading, writing, listening, and speaking are dealt with separately. The lecturer will grade your writing and speaking skills. The examThe NT2 state exam is organised by the Informatie Beheer Groep and consists of four parts: reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Admission requirementsYou do not need any previous qualifications to follow the Dutch as a Second Language course.
